I had to laugh at a conversation we overheard with the boys and Bryn last night. They were talking about Prop. 8 and how it was against gay marriage. (I apparently have very political children!)Bryn asked what gay was, and Bryson told her it was boys marrying boys and girls, girls and that they kissed each other, he then went on to say that it was sooooo wrong! Then Caden chimed in with "they wouldn't be able to have kids." To which Bryson replied... "well, at least the house would be clean!!!" Amen!! So funny and insightful! To bad they don't realize that if they would just pick up after themselves we would have a fairly clean house too!
Just another quick side note... after voting this morning, Bryn asked me if I had really voted, I said "YES", she said... "I mean really voted." I said yes I really voted. She said "Then where were the two men... Obama and McCain?" I guess she was super disappointed that they were not present at the school where we went to vote!! Oh well, she got a sticker that said "I voted" so that made her happy!

Robert has been making fun of Obama for months now except Jillian didn't understand it was a joke so when they held a mock election at school, she voted Obama. When the 3 kids got home and she said what she did the boys jumped all over her and I jumped all over Robert. Now is not the time to mince words or confuse our kids. I'm glad your children have their minds in the right place!
