SNOW!!!

I am really not that fond of the snow... mostly because it is cold!! However... as I was lying in bed this morning watching it fall, I couldn't get over how beautiful and peaceful it apperaed. There is something about that first major snow ( I think we got around 10-12 inches) that is magical. The trees that looked so bare are now covered in fluffy white, no dirt fromt he street mixed in to make it slushy and gray and it offers that sound barrier that makes everything seem so still and quiet. However much I complain about being cold, I do love living in a beautiful place that has 4 seasons to enjoy and appreciate for their own unique beauty.
