Isn't life funny?

I don't know about you, but I have noticed in my life that whenever I 'settle' into a groove - especially if it is a good one but even if it is not one I am totally happy or comfortable in, but resigned too none the less, life throw's me another curve ball! Is it really that bad to be comfortable for awhile or am I so off of the Lord's timetable that I just can't catch up? I don't know? But I do have another curve ball being thrown in and we will see what happens - whether it's a hit or a miss. I would really just like to get somewhere comfortable and actually be able to stay put for awhile and get my bearings! I feel like I am constantly on a crazy ride that I can't get off and then sometimes I don't know that I want too! I know... it all makes so much sense, but now that you have a glimpse into my brain you see why I am never really sane!! :)
On another note, I am really looking forward to next weekend. For Christmas, Greg got me tickets ot my all time favorite country band - Due West... (if you haven't heard of them wait for April 27th for their album to be released and you will see why I love them - they sound amazing together and they are just great guys too!) So we are off to St. George for a few days of relaxation - of course Greg is coming with me, so who knows how relaxing it will be as he can never sit still for a minute!!;) Anyway it will be good to get away for a day or two!
Thanks to those helping with kids and Becky and Chris for taking Lexie... oh wait did I forget to ask you about that?! :)
Well... back to the daily grind and the search for my sense of humor!! Isn't life funny?!

Sounds Fun! Stop by Bethany and Brandon's house. Beth would love to do some chillin' and relaxin' with you. Brandon is one of those that can't sit still for very long either. Sounds like he and Greg would get along great!

I know JUST HOW YOU FEEL.

Hang in there. I always get concerned whenever things seem to be going well, because I'm pretty sure it's time to learn something new ; )

Enjoy your weekend away.

Be careful what you wish for... A "calm" life brings all sorts of weird issues all it's own.
