Okay... so last night I helped get kids ready for school in the morning and got outfits ready to go etc... I was planning on making blueberry pancakes for breakfast and getting so much done today... sheets washed, beds vacuumed, and house cleaned... etc. I was even thinking Brie and I could make cookies for after school... this is what really happened!
After Family prayer, the kids went to bed, Greg and I stayed up a short while later but headed to bed by 10:15... just as I was falling asleep. Bryn came in our room saying she couldn't sleep, I took her back to bed. Then as she tossed and turned and itched away while moaning... Brie comes in and says "Mom... Dad... Bryn is killing me!" Meaning of course she couldn't sleep with the noise. So I told her to go lay on the couch... just falling asleep again and hear - "Mom, I can't sleep down there, I am too scared!" So I put her in bed with me... by then I am wide awake and can still hear Bryn, so I get up and take her down stairs to get Benedryl to help the itching... doesn't work, she keeps the thrashing etc. up until about 3 a.m. I really can't sleep, so I get up and go get the laundry from the garage (dryer is in there) and fold the clothes, get on the computer and work up a few things for family home evening and feel so tired! So I go up to bed, pick up Brie and move her to the couch again, go up to bed and start falling asleep - Brie starts crying cause her blanket came off and she is cold... Greg gets up this time to take care of that. Nope... still awake - decide to take a hot bath... then get back in bed... start to fall asleep - the alarm goes off, it's 6:00 a.m. and I have had a whole 1/2 hour of sleep!
So instead of me making blueberry pancakes... Greg made pancakes, got the kids ready for school - (I remember them coming in and asking questions, but I can't remember what or my answers) I totally crashed and Greg ended up taking all the kids to school and Brie with him to work at the restaurant for awhile. I got up at 9! Sad and mad that I had missed the whole morning and had a headache to boot! Tried to get on schedule with Laundry etc. but have only done 3 loads and no cookies... purchased cheapo donuts for their after school snack and went to pick them up! Austin should be home anytime!! I did take pics of the younger kids when I went to pick them up... crazy night and day! Better luck next time! Well, Austin's home.. time to sign disclosures!!

Wow that is one horrible night!!!! Sorry. I hope tonight is a better one. Hope the kids had a great first day.
I have to admit, I don't miss signing all those forms ; )
man that stinks, was she exhausted at school??
Whew! Some days/nights are just so much better when they are behind us:)

Hope by now things have become more pleasant. Love the food at the restaurant, by the way.
