It has been a crazy and eventful week and a half. We sold Sage, our dog, much to the distress of the kids, the girls particularly. I listed her at Christmas and nothing came through, so I forgot about it and someone called the night before we left for Texas and wanted her, so I hope it has all worked out for the best. We miss her, but I don't miss all of the dog hair!!
Greg and I went to the National BBQ convention and toured all over central Texas to over 30 BBQ joints! We didn't eat at all of them ... I don't know if that would even be possible, but certainly not for me! It was a very interesting experience! It made Greg more excited to open his restaurant Texas Pride Barbecue, and me more scared!!
While we were gone my parents had our kids... they did a great job especially as the kids were all sick! My older sister Lori had the boys for the weekend and that was a relief to my parents I am sure!!
I am still sick, so don't have a lot of thought at the moment besides getting into bed and shutting the door! So I will get back to this later!!
