Have I ever told you how stubborn and willful and funny and beautiful and smart my grand finale is?! Well... now you know!
She and Bryn have been asking me quite regularly "Mom, why did you marry dad?" I answer "because I love him"... so we had this conversation again the other night and then Brie followed it up with "why?" So I said "because he is my best friend." She thought that was funny and said"he's your best friend? And you're dad's best... oh wait, what about Jared!" This was funny but not funny at the same time! Jared for those of you who don't know is my BIL and he is the person Greg spends most of his time with... hence the comment by a very observant little girl!!
This same brilliant little girl, was found cutting her beautiful long hair, because she doesn't like wearing it down and it wasn't in a pony tail, so since she couldn't figure out how to put it in a pony tail by herself, she started to cut it off!!! ARGH!! Thankfully her dad found her before too much damage was done!
